We meet in the kitchen at 10:30 a.m. starting with an introduction about what we are going to cook, we familiarize ourselves with the ingredients and off we start cooking! Everyone participates in the process, Iris will take time to explain and answer all your questions.

When food is ready we eat together and chat about the experience around the table.
