COOKING CLASS

We meet in the kitchen at 10:30 a.m. starting with an introduction about what we are going to cook, we familiarize ourselves with the ingredients and off we start cooking! Everyone participates in the process, Iris will take time to explain and answer all your questions.

When food is ready we eat together and chat about the experience around the table.

This was a wonderful experience learning about traditional Oaxaca cooking. Chef IrisI was personable and explained things very well and showed us how to prepare the food. Our group had a great time learning to cook mole and other traditional foods—getting to eat the food after cooking was the icing on the cake! I would highly recommend this experience.
